The Balcony Bar orders will ship 3-5 days after being manufactured. By default, you order will be shipping standard. See below for details on Standard Delivery. You are welcome to change this shipping type by simply giving us a call at (317) 698-4766. Please note that although The Balcony Bar supports our one year replacement guarantee, our return guarantee does not include freight charges for returns. If for any reason the recipient chooses to return a product from outside the U.S., shipping charges must be pre-paid.

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-7 business days. For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Express Service (can be applied to orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday and before 10:00 AM Friday). For Standard and Express Delivery rates, consult our Shipping charges.

Some of our larger items are delivered via Oversized Delivery. Some additional shipping charges may apply based on the weight of the item; if applicable, they are shown in parentheses to the right of the Quantity field on the product page. (These charges are applied in addition to Standard Shipping and Processing charges for each oversized item.) Additional charges may accrue for orders over 15 lbs. If any additional fees are incurred, a Customer Service representative will contact you before any charges are applied to your credit card.

For expedited items, additional charges may accrue and will be reflected in Checkout. Your credit card will not be charged until shipment. Shipments to HI, AK, and PR require Express Delivery. Express Delivery applies only to orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday-Friday. Note: If your purchase requires Oversized Delivery, or if you select one of our Express Delivery options, those charges are applied in addition to the Standard Shipping and Processing charges.

The Balcony Bar is happy to coordinate the shipping of our products outside the U.S. However, deliveries outside the continental United States may require additional shipping charges. A customer service representative from The Balcony Bar will contact you within one to three business days after your order to provide a final shipping quote before your order is shipped or any charges are applied to your credit card. Please be aware that our quotes for shipping outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.
